Easy to get in for service. Had a coupon which the cashier would not take but made me track down a service rep before she would use it. Tires ate no longer rotated as part if service..Extra charge...

It took about 2 hours to get the oil changed in my vehicle. They sent me a text to let me know the car was finished when I was sitting in the customer lounge. The employees were friendly and professional. The car wash was a good bonus.

The damage assessment was partial and unbiased. Maybe the insurance company didn't like the assessment but I think it was a fair assessment. The service was great. Rich McNally kept me posted on each step in the repair process.
