Friendly & professional beginning at Drop-Off & right through Pick-Up. I like the fact that they keep you informed as to the progress of work being done on your Vehicle. Impressed with the Diagnostic they perform & how they let you know what needs to be done immediately & what can wait, if you so desire. The Coupons they mail to you are also quite helpful, towards the Final Bill.

I wished the mechanics would be more deligence. I have to bring the car back for CVT issue again after 2 weeks. The wires weren't tighten properly and became loose. I think there should be a check list with all major work on the vehicle. This would prevent lost time, anxiety, and frustration. But over service team are wonderful
