I had a very good experience came in for an oil change, pulled in was met at my car door, told the technician what I needed. He put my car information in his IPad, he asked me if I had taken care of the issues I had when I was there last, I told him I had, he diected me to the waiting area, he told me it would be an hour and a half and I would be texted when my car was ready. 1 hour and 15 minutes the text came to my cell directing me to the cashier, I paid she gave me my keys I went to my freshly washed car and I left.
