I am giving a 4 star for the reason that there is no flexibility on scheduling for my car service and a lot of complaining on how busy they are. But overall the job got done and they fixed it!

I have been a Nissan Customer for 10+ years. I will always have my car serviced at this location. All service advisors and managers are phenomenal and take their time with you when you have questions. Cars that I didn’t purchase from Nissan I still took here because I trust their work.

Excellent customer service! I had multiple concerns on my car and each person I spoke to assisted me clearly and gave me multiple options so I didn’t feel pressured to make an uninformed decision. The communication via text and being able to see the status of my car in real time was so helpful!
