Customer service all around was great. And your Hispanic female cashier was absolutely miserable to work with. Rude right from the moment we walked in, we asked if a promise discount was applied and she blew us off and told us it was on the sheet. Didn't even take the time to read it or double check. After we paid and she handed us the paperwork we were able to look it over and realize that the information she told us was incorrect and that the discount was not applied. They did a great job diagnosing and fixing my issue. I had to wait awhile to get an appointment. Then it took them a full day to diagnose and another full day to fix. I wish it could have been looked at faster but I’m assuming there are staffing issues.
