I not only purchased my 2015 murano there but have always had every service and oil changed done there. I have always been incredibly happy with the service department mechanically and from a customer service level.

I brought my car in to get a part replaced and only a Nissan dealership could do it. They replaced it in a timely manner and cost was expected. Once I started driving the car, I noticed it was making a severe rattling noise upon acceleration. I scheduled another service appointment with Nissan to get it looked at once more. The appointment was for 10 days out due to the holidays. I chose to wait since they were the ones to do the repair.
