The service was scheduled. upon arrival I was greeted and given an estimated time for the service. the service was done promptly and completely. Had other issues that were found during the service that are warranty issues. they are being scheduled in the next week

Sometimes, financially, it can be a little bit, stressful, dealing with the dealership. But I must admit, I was a bit surprised with the pricing. It was actually quite fair, service was propped and courteous.

Check in was easy, sales person was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Service was donethat I requested in a timely manner, I was kept updated on progress of service on the app, and check out was fast.

Everyone did a great job. The software update was completed as scheduled. A dash light illuminated after update was completed. The technician diagnosed the problem, and I was given a loaner car until my EV was repaired..
