"I can’t say more about how professional, punctual, and..." I can’t say more about how professional, punctual, and informative everyone is in the service department. I haven’t had to wait more than an hour and a half on a Saturday morning which is amazing! Not to mention, the technicians are very detailed, and let you know what they’re doing before they do it. I’ve never had a problem and will continue taking my Nissan there.

I was a bit miffed when I called to make my appointment for service under warranty and was told it would be covered unless it was the result of damage. It made me think he suspected me of dishonesty. Ultimately, it was a very good experience.

In addition, there was another part of my car that had been broken for a while, and they took the time to order the right part for me and get me in first thing when it arrived.
