"Rich was very good. His communication and coordination..." Rich was very good. His communication and coordination with the warranty company and me was great. He worked through the details and also suggested I request towing reimbursement from the warranty company.

"Every time I take my car to Tynan’s for servicing, I feel..." Every time I take my car to Tynan’s for servicing, I feel like I am given special treatment by the service advisors in the Service department. It doesn’t matter who helps me because I am given the same treatment by all of them. I feel like I am being treated more like a friend than a customer. The treatment that I receive is the primary reason I won’t take my car to any other Service department besides Tynan’s.

"Tynans Nissan always delivers on their service and..." Tynans Nissan always delivers on their service and quality of communication. They make sure my car stays in top notch condition and make sure to prepare me for additional maintenance months in advance. I have never felt pressured and have only been treated with respect.
