Every time I take my car to Tynan’s for servicing, I feel like I am given special treatment by the service advisors in the Service department. It doesn’t matter who helps me because I am given the same treatment by all of them. I feel like I am being treated more like a friend than a customer. The treatment that I receive is the primary reason I won’t take my car to any other Service department besides Tynan’s.
