I have been a regular at two other dealers and Tynans is my favorite. The service experience I had with the service department with my old rusty used Nissan was a major reason I bought my new car from this dealership. They are fair. They help. Adnan and his team were very communicative and fixed everything, even the things I forgot to mention when making the appointment. Also the shuttle was available and got me to work safely and on time. Also, because I lease and each issue was connected to my warranty and recalls, they honored those plans and didn’t require me to come out of pocket for anything!
