"All in all the service was very nice and the vehicle was..." All in all the service was very nice and the vehicle was just as advertised. The reason this is not a five-star review is that even though our appointment was scheduled ahead of time it took an hour to get the car ready for a test drive and then after we decided to purchase the vehicle it took another 2 1/2 hours to go through the paperwork.
