"Luke and the technicians worked to make sure the car was..." Luke and the technicians worked to make sure the car was not only properly diagnosed but made sure that the issue was completely resolved before returning it to me. The issue was complicated to diagnose and fix but they worked with techs In Tennessee to resolve it. Even though the car had to be towed back, they worked to make sure they dug into the problem since it wasn’t presenting itself regularly or in relation to the error codes.

The dealership was very clean, had hand sanitizers and everyone wore a mask. Mindy, Conner, Eddie and Adam were all very welcoming and friendly. Mindy provided me with answers to all my questions. Conner did a comprehensive walk through of the vehicle with me. Overall, great experience. The paperwork with Adam was a breeze!
