"Not bad" They didn’t vacuum or clean my car like they did at the other place I took it before, they didn’t have coffee in the break room

"Great Experience " Shopping for wife’s new vehicle and worked with Andrew. Great low pressure sale and follow through was best I’ve experienced. On a side note I had my 3 year old daughter with me on Christmas break and the dealership went above and beyond to keep her entertained until paperwork was signed. Really appreciated the help and will begin my next vehicle search here. Just a great experience.

"great service" the guys in the front did a great job very freindy and i love the fact that i left money and multiple items that have value to me in my car and not one thing was moved or out of place so that tells me you have some great workers with good integrity i will be back just because of that have a merry christmis.

"Fantastic customer service " I went in for my usual 2,000 mile oil change on Saturday and there was a really long line of customers waiting since 7am. Well Tyans opens at 7am during the week days. Saturday service opens at 8am unfortunately. We were all greeted and taken care of promptly. Chase, I’m service took my car back and I was on my way within 30min as promised. I’ve bought my Nissan’s to Tyan for over 20yrs and had the same amazing mechanic for over a decade. Nothing like consistency. Thank you Tyans, Chase and Matt
