"Great experience with Ian!" We came in to Tynan’s to learn about the leaf, and Ian was super informational, friendly, and patient! We learned so much about the different models, and Ian did not try to pressure us or upsell, which we really appreciated. He is also a Leaf owner, and it was clear that he was speaking from experience rather than from a script. "Oil change and recalled part " I had to get my oil change and a part changed out that was recalled. I was in and out of the shop in less than 2 hours which definitely made my day go a lot smoother. The workers were polite and timely.

"Nissan experience" I'm always happy to make the drive and have my truck serviced. Although my visit yesterday I was a bit disappointed...the technician left oil on my steering wheel. I called and made a complaint but just to note that the techs need to be more aware of this. Overall, I do plan on returning.
