"My car is finished and runs great!" This was the final scheduled service for my step son's car. Luke was very professional and really helped me a lot. He really took the time to listen to what my problems were and came up with solutions that helped out immensely. Everyone was friendly, including the young lady, with glasses, who was a cashier. I feel confident about not only bringing in my son's car, but mine as well

"Engine not warming up" My engine was not wasrming up as normal. Called and Luke said it was probably just a coolant issue not a malfunction. He gave me an appointment to my schedule. They got my car done in a timely fashion.

"The Heart of Service" Adnan ALWAYS goes above and beyond to provide me with quality customer service. I don't know what I would have done without him! Tag teaming with Ian, these two guys made one of the most difficult situations I've faced with my Nissan, one of the most rewarding. "I’m so glad we found specialists who CARE" A little nervous to bring in my Nissan anywhere, I was pleasantly surprised by everything about this place. "It was OK." Overall I was happy with everything. I didn’t have to wait long, the waiting area was clean and quiet and very welcoming. However, after I was given my keys and told my oil change was done and that my air filter had been replaced, one of the mechanics came up to me and asked if I drove a red Rogue. I told him, “Yes.” And in his hand he was holding the new air filter they told me was already replaced. This was concerning. "Thank you" Called about a Pre-owned Nissan Rogue that was advertised. Told them I was 2 hours away and that I wanted it and was pre-approval . Andrew Nichols Sales consultant answered the phone ( on his day off .) Said he would meet us at the dealership and have the car ready to test drive. He was there with the financial officer ready to get the paperwork done. With in a matter of hours we were on our way home in our new Nissan Rogue . I would deal with Tynan's in Aurora CO again.
