"Oil change service " Great service and explanation of options to purchase oil changes. All staff very friendly. My service ended up being shorter than the original estimate given.

"Awesome Staff/Great Customer Service" I wouldnt bring my car in to be serviced anywhere else but here and have been coming here for the past 4 years going on 5. Customer service has always been top notch and the staff have all been awesome. They are very knowledgeable, detail oriented and personable. "Purchase first new car" I love the service I get at Tynans. I have dealt with the service depart for the last 5 years and love it, so I decided to look at vehicles available for sale. I applied for a vehicle loan thru my credit union so I knew what I could afford and what my monthly payments would be. "Good oil change " Friendly, immediateservice. Express oil change took 2 hrs, however I was informed the shop was short personnel. Waiting area offered cold water and coffee. I've noticed other snack items on previous visits. Car was not washed. I assume due to personnel shortage.
