The check in process and understanding of what needed to be done was smooth and easy. More important the wait time was much less than I expected.

Samir is fantastic! He was incredibly sweet. I was impressed with his knowledge about the vehicle I was purchasing. I didn’t have any questions as he covered everything. My family has been shopping with Tynan’s for years. I would recommend this place to anybody!

They were able to take care of a loose plastic part underneath the passenger side that was dragging on the ground. I appreciate them looking into that right away.

Friendly and helpful staff overall. Some dealer/sales reps were a little standoffish at first but that passed. Ryaan was very engaging, trustworthy and kept me informed while I waited for delivery of my new lease. The front desk staff is very nice, helpful with great personalities for dealing with the public. Your parts distribution staff was friendly, fun and engaging as well. All in all a solid experience and I'm looking forward to my next purchase from this dealership.

I recently visited for some work on my car and was really impressed by the excellent service. The staff was incredibly kind and took the time to check everything thoroughly. They pointed out a few things that might need attention down the road, but did it in a very non-pressuring, helpful way—more like friendly recommendations than a hard sell. What really stood out was how they expedited the service since I had my baby with me, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have purchased 13 new cars in my life, and this was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had either purchasing or leasing a car.
