"Very good" I was very pleased with the courteous service I received when I took my car to the service center. Jason, the service manager, was very kind and wanted to do everything he could to get my vehicle I. Perfect working order. Luke, the mechanic who worked on it called and explained everything to me. Car is running great now. It turned out to be something very simple and they only charged me the replacement part needed. I would highly recommend taking your car to Tynan’s Nissan for service.

"First Service" This was the first time I’ve had my my new (to me) Altima serviced. Having worked in auto service myself I knew the right questions to ask, so I knew exactly what services I was paying for. I had scheduled a recall service as well as an oil change. Having previously inquired, I knew that my oil change would include a vehicle inspection. I was a little disappointed that my advisor did not go over the results of my inspection, but I just took it to mean there was nothing that warranted alarm discovered.

"Impressive and efficient " I called in the morning and was able to get into the center same day, Rich was great listening to the issue. The team worked together, Rich was with someone else when I arrived and the gentleman sitting next to him on the end helped get everything checked in. Rich was able to find the issue, had the part to fix it and went the extra mile in getting my car up to full functioning status! I was able to pick it up that afternoon!

"ABS system recall" I really appreciated the offer of a loaner car. It made my work day so much easier. Brian also took the time to answer some questions about a potential issue with my car even though it was not part of my service call on Tuesday.
