"Brake controller install" I scheduled a brake controller install for my Nissan Titan. The work was done in a timely manner. A car was loaned to me, so that I could get to work. I am always impressed with the service department. They are always professional and friendly

"Felt relaxed" Felt relaxed were friendly. They were exact in communication. No surprises .keep in mind that I’m a reaper customer . The only complain I have is that with my new car I should had 3 complementary oil changes.

"Oil Change" Service department is good but it was a pretty long wait for an oil change. They did apologize for the wait time before I left which was nice.

"Part replaced" A part that was installed a couple of weeks ago was making a noise. I stopped in and spoke with Rich. He ordered a replacement part right away and after it arrived, he got me in and had the part replaced without an appointment. Total customer satisfaction!!

"Courtesy, kind great work" Jason and Rich met with me and were very patient and kind, , reviewed what work they felt should be done, they addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions, for 80000 miles, so far .my car, 2009 Murano, is running good as new.
