"Just got a new car !!" Just bought a Nissan Kicks from Robert Cruz here. It was a very good experience. I didn't feel pressured at all and he worked with me with a price I felt comfortable with. He explained everything I had questions on very well. I left with no questions and feel great about the new car.
"Purchase/lease of a new vehicle" My Mom and son both have cars from Tynans. I went to shop and everyone was very kind and helpful. We were able to work out a great deal so that is where I decided to purchase.
"Love Tynans!" I have never had a bad experience here! I got a call to come in and check out my end of lease options and Evan Maklin was very transparent with me and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. Together, Evan and Mindy Carlyle put me in a brand new car for the same amount as my old lease and it was totally worth it! I love that they made it easy for me and there was no pressure to do something I didn't want to do.
"Reliable and felt Katelynn was for me, the customer." I always lack trust for car sales people before and after a deal. I felt confident and sure that Katelynn was truly honest and a trustworthy person.
"Oil change" Did not take to long to get oil changed , brakes checked change filter and washed car. Checked all areas of car and i got a written report of all that was done, for my records.
"Customer service " Dam hooked my mom up he was also able to work with me out of state so I can buy my car out of my lease and added an extended warranty which resulted in lower payments. Awesome! He was so nice and had all of the paperwork Marked for me to sign when I received it. He made it very easy and was always available for questions and checking up and making sure everything was OK he has great customer service and is great at his job thank you for everything!
"Brian was amazing explaining everything to me" Brian told me what may be wrong with my car, got me a rental and had my car fixed by the next day. He was pleasant, honest and did only what he said he would do. I would diffinately have Brian do all the work again.
" Painless car buying. " I have bought multiple cars from Tynan's and they are always friendly and very helpful. They make buying a car painless. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to check them out.
"Great experience " We had great experience purchasing a car from the dealership. Our sales rep, Dan, and Manager Yasha, were very helpful and most importantly not “pushy”. Gave us all the information we needed and helped us along the way.
