"pretty solid" The service crew does a thorough check-up. The upfront techs keep me posted about possible problems before the work is finished, but never try to upsell a service.
"New car" Awesome experience from start to finish. Felt like I've known ian and evan my entire life. Very polite, professional and caring young men. Answered any and all questions with enthusiasm. "So fun, helpful, and easy to work with" I came in on a whim and tried to get one on my own without a cosigner. When that didnt happen everyone was great with me and checking to see other options. Dan listened to what I wanted in a car and Mindy found a way to make it happen. Cara was also great and helpful with letting me know what to expect from service and every time I came in.

"Great service until you sign the papers..." Our salesman was great. He answered all our questions and took us out on a test drive. He was nice and patient. After we verbally agreed on a deal, I believe he had this other lady there process some paperwork for us. That’s where some information got lost. She didn’t include that we wanted to add a down payment. She also didn’t include that we were owed all weather mats.
