"Always great" Tynans is literally always so pleasant to work with. I’ve had so much go wrong with my car this year and they are always there to help me out, whether it’s answering my frantic phone calls while I’m on the road and worrying my car will blow up to communicating with me when my car is already in the shop. I cannot thank them enough for all the work they do and their great customer service.

"Rich was awesome " My shocks were leaking on a three-year-old car with only 24,000 miles on it. It was four months pass the warranty but, Rich made sure, given the low mileage, to cover the repairs under warranty without a fight by me. THAT’s customer service!!
