"Exceptional customer service " I had an exceptional experience at Tynan’s. Brought in my Murano and was taken care of by Rich. He was kind, helpful and professional. He clearly explained what was wrong with my car, and gave me the option on what to fix that day. Tynan’s also texts you to let you know when your car is finished and they use a software to let you opt in or out of any maintenance. I was really impressed by how far tynan’s has come in terms of customer service and efficiently running a business.
