"Good experience buying a used car" Came to check out this dealership while searching for a used SUV. We compared to other brand dealerships in the area, but the sales people seemed most interested in helping out and eventually convinced us for a purchase!

"Disagree " Took my car for mirrow fix after a hit, my mirrow are electrical mirrows and since this was a simple and easy quick fix. Cause the part since something that was just a part to assemble. But, when I took the car the other mirrow was perfectly working. And after I get back the car both mirrows wasn't working and after talked with the guy in there he only said it maybe a cable the little motor or something else. "OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE" Brian provided OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE as always. Always takes care of me. (even though he's a 49er fan...lol) Also wanted to provide comment on Chase, new to me but is also following suit on OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Master Tech was also amazing on letting me know pep boys wasnt doing their job properly.
"Service" Was told how long and it was exactly that and was informed of the services upfront and given a estimated. Information was good and estimate was very accurate.
"Lease Buyout" I came in to see what my best option was. I ended up buying out my lease. Luke was very helpful and friendly. I have always had a great experience when dealing with the staff at Tynans.
"Fun times buying a car!" My old car was not worth repairing, so I went to Tynan’s for a nice used car. Hayes Burton was my salesperson and he was a delight. He was very patient with me, listening to what I liked or didn’t like and we effortlessly pared down the choice to two cars. He allowed me to drive both cars by myself (after he accompanied me during my first drive of the vehicle). After the purchase was made, the paperwork side went very smoothly. Everyone was friendly and great to work with. Made it fun to buy a car!
"simply ok." I called the office and told them I already picked a car online that i wanted to see. They said to see sales GM "Jordan" when I got there... When i got there the car was ready and a different sales guy "Adam Tynan" met us. He took us for a ride and we were ready to buy. Adam did great and was very professional.
