"Oil change and inspections " Technician was very customer friendly. He explained identified issues very well. He also did not pressure me to pay for repairs. That was really appreciated. However, I did not give him a 5-star rating because he told me there was a special in the wipers I needed but when I reviewed my invoice I realized I paid for the Non-discounted price - not the special.
"I'm impressed!" This was not the typical unpleasant car dealer experience I had expected. Robert C. and his manager Robert G. were professional, thorough, and made it easy to purchase the car I wanted.
