White works best Clear is hard because it makes the wording not very clear depending on the surface. Most projects I think white is better. But some obcure projects would be fine.

good product Good product. Use in outside plant tags for Daylilies. I’ve had a couple On my way! Off in a years time. I have started using Anycolor lape I found on here for an extremely affordable price and just as reliable of tape. The only difference I have found so far is the backing doesn’t come Off quite as easy but it’s worth it to me to save all that money.
