great This item is exactly as described and it arrived on time. It also works great and I would use it again.
Really lasts Bought the extra strength tape to label my husband's hunting dogs' collars. The labels have stayed on for numerous hunting trips. When they get dirty, just wash off. The label stays on with no peeling edges.
Tape ok Tape came with my other order, the Brother PT-1280SR. Being sent directly home before use hence am unable to comment the product at this time.

Labels I have used P-Touch products for years and then have always provided me with a high quality product. Their label will endure the test of time.
Price is the only issue This product performs exactly as you would expect. I would use this a lot more except for the operational cost. This is similar to OEM ink in your printer and how they sell you a low cost device with high cost refills. That's just the world we live in and I am aware of that.
LOVE THIS PRODUCT I have been using a P-Touch for many years. I did have a PT-12 which used a different style cartridge and did have problems with it from time. Somehow the tape would slip back into the cartridge and I couldn't retrieve it or get it lined up correctly. When that happens you have no choice but to toss it. I switched to another T-Touch machine which uses the TZ cartridges and have never had a problem with them. I have been using that machine for over 10 years.
Must be on a pretty smooth surface. Must be on a pretty smooth surface. I assumed that it has extra ability to stick to unusual surfaces, but it doesn't seem to make much difference (trying to label Rubbermaid storage containers). Love the label maker, but not sure this is worth the extra money.
