one tape was all messed up. I ordered 2 tapes. First was fine, next one, opened later, was sort of falling apart inside. Completely unusable. Too late to return, but check when you receive the product to return if a problem exists.

Great Product I always loved my P-touch but purchased a newer version that allowed for larger sized tape. Love the size of this tape and it worked great. I went with the authentic brand since I saw poor reviews on off-brand tapes. Definitely recommend. HOME DUE TO COVID LIKE EVERYONE ELSE - LABELLING EVERYTHING
Great product Easy to use
One Damaged I purchased 2. One of the tapes were damaged. It looked as if it was made incorrectly causing it to jam my machine. I had to trash it. The second one worked well.
