Carol is wonderful! The front office staff need a lot of training on customer service, product knowledge, finding answers to customer questions, greeting patients upon check-in, and not texting while customers are waiting to check in or out/pay. The massage was just ok, loud music, not worth a repeat visit for massage. Carol knows her stuff & very well educated & trained on being a perfectionist with the injectables! She is great!
