I cannot say enough about the kindness and awesome customer service this spa has. I had an issue and Amy rectified it right away and offered to make it up to me. These days customer service is not around and her willingness to make sure I was satisfied has made me a return customer! Hannah did my hydrafacial and she was so through and kind and has left my skin glowing! I cannot wait to come back for the rest of my treatments!
I was one of those guys who thought he’d never get Botox, but now I have been three times and am so pleased with the results. Claire is so good, especially with first-timers. The staff are all welcoming, and the facility is top notch.

Very clean and pretty location. The staff was super sweet and courteous. My injector Haley was very informative and helped me make the best decision for my needs. She also recommended some good products. It took no time at all getting in and out which I loved. I will definitely be coming back - can’t wait for my next appointment!!
I've been a client of U Med approximately one year, for wrinkle relaxers, facials, and most recently laser/light treatments; thus far its been a great experience. All three of the providers who I've worked with are friendly, caring, and listen to my concerns and skincare goals. They want to help you get the best results, without being pushy or trying to upsell services.
