Super helpful staff! Staff is very personable and attentive. I noticed other tenants were friendly as well. I feel good about my belongings living here for a while
Weird There was poop/pee in the elevator ; (this isnât racist check the location) a lot of the disgusting black people start problems in the facility. Nearly got into a fight ; check the cameras
Great Until Today! I was going to give them 5 stars, but they failed to notify me that there wonât be access to my storage unit for the next few days and Iâm moving out of my place tomorrow! I only happened to find out because I stopped by today. Where am I supposed to put my things?! I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in how this was handled.
