I contacted Asurian and I thought you had to bring it in but I seen they had a remote operator so I selected that option especially since it only cost $29. They came within 5 days to fix my phone and it only took 25 minutes. The screen is beautiful and they also made the performance of the phone go much faster. I am super happy with the repair. It also comes with a 12 month warranty. Would definitely use them again!
3 years ago this was a good place, today it is completely different.. They need to rename as uBreak, we finish it off. Took my 8 year old Note10 Plus to repair front screen, left with an unresponsive touch screen with a broken front and back. At first they accused us of bringing it in that way, then they just turned cold and told us our problems were unfortunate. I dropped my phone out of my pocket while riding my motorcycle on the freeway. My iphone 15pro Max Plus was ran over by multiple cars. Ubreakifix was able to fix my phone in 20minutes. Thank you Dre at Herndon & Ingram location.
The personnel here at the Fresno location are the best. They are friendly and fixed my phone without giving me the run around, no controversy and no headaches. If I could give this place a 10 star review I would. I’m beyond impressed with there service and turnaround time. They told me it would take a month to fix my sons Play Station and they literally had it fixed 2 days later. The people there are super friendly and knowledgeable. The location is super convenient parking is great and there open 7 days a week.
