Dr Verma makes me feel like he cares. He reads all the notes from my last visit and question me about my concerns. Never do I feel he is rushing me out or not listening to me.
We love Dr. Verma. He us very thorough, runs all the necessary labs before prescribing medications, and takes much time during our exams. We highly recommend him! Also, response from him and his staff via our OSF charts is always prompt. Highly recommend.
Dr Verma has been extremely thorough with me. Explains things well and gives me confidence of his assessments.

First off he did not even take the time to clean his hands. He was short on conversation and even shorter on what he called a physical exam. His note even stated it was cut and pasted from anothe visit with him. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but I coul;d not even have a conversation with this man. I am changing providers.
I'm afraid Dr. Verma is not a good listener. He will cut off MyChart messages so that I can't reply, even when the message wasn't directed toward him, and even when he didn't really answer my question. On my first visit his first act was to switch the medication I had just started to a different one because he was concerned the other one would cause weightgain. I've had worse doctors in my 49 years than Udit Verma. JUST KIDDING! I've been under the care of some physicians who had some glaring weaknesses. But, in my 2 years' time as Udit Verma's patient, I wasn't able to identify a single strength. If it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck ..
Very little face-to-face time. He is glued to the PC monitor. A speech barrier is exascerbated by his wearing of 2-3 mouth and face masks along with my own. He seems determined to do an exhaustive review of every Rx Ive ever record for the last 20 yrs - most just for short med episodes. Did not feel a connection.
I have never left an interaction with him feeling like I've been listened to. I can contact remotely asking for help, I get responses 2 days later with "go to promptcare". He has given diagnosis of bad things, referred to a specialist, and the specialists have said "nope, you're fine."
