Everything went awesome. The whole team there is wonderful. We had Chelsea as our point of contact director and she is absolutely wonderful! She takes the time to help in all aspects above and beyond the regular job. So glad we went back to Ullrey!

We recenrtly lost my mother and she had let us know exactly what she wanted in regards to her funeral arrangements. My family has been using Ullrey's for generations. Very nice, yet professional . Even though I'm not ready to go to the big party in the sky I made my arrangements well in advance. This was done not only for my peace of mind but also for my wife's. Ullrey walked us through the process. Gently yet professional. I found them to actually be concerned as to how best to proceed. I rest assured that the transition will be much more comfortable for my wile.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The owner, Damon Ullrey, is the epitome of excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make a trying time the least stressful it could possibly be. He was professional and personable, not to mention resourceful. When handling affairs after a death, many organizations, institutions, etc. require a certified death certificate. Unfortunately these places are not what people look forward to going to but it is a necessity when it comes to planning end-of-life situations (future funeral :/ ) and coming here I was really impressed with the courtesy they showed me and my family and also the extra care that they gave as well! Thumbs up for the bereavement letters too! Much appreciated and very professional!

Went to a funeral here in October 2022 for a dear friend who passed away. It was a huge funeral, as he was a very loved person. The funeral Director gal at the very end right before the viewing was so rude. She was saying to people "you need to move up, you need to move up, you need to get in line". She was being very bossy and demanding with people, trying to rush them through to view the body at the end of the funeral.
