Jason Wheatley came by to check roof for hail damage. I had none but I thought I did because part of my house was flooded. He went up in the attic to see what the issue is. It's a leak from a hose running to furnace for humidifier. He saved me a lot of money. Heat/a/c company going to take care of it. When the time comes to replace my roof I will be calling Ultimate. We have been working with Jason on our roofing problem. He has been very knowledgeable and helpful! Always there to answer our questions and help us through this process. We has a lot of damage from a bad hail storm and had never dealt with anything like this! Our roof is not on yet as we are having to replace windows and siding before the roof is done. Every aspect from the beginning to the end was fantastic. Michael was amazing when he came by to inspect my roof. Very informative, courteous, and thorough. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have a new roof right now. I'm so thankful he stopped by. The crew that installed my roof was amazing as well. Ultimate did a wonderful job repairing my gutters and adding leave screens. They also did some repairs to some siding. I would recommend them to anyone.
