Danny Umana was terrific in getting us the best offer for our house. He also took the time to thoroughly research the potential issues with trying to divide our lot in the sale and got the buyers to increase their offer price when it was apparent our lot could not be divided. Danny was also very responsive and even lent us his wheelbarrow to move things to get our house ready to show. I would highly recommend him to any potential seller!

From the first meeting you can tell he has plenty of experience. He would always ask us how are schedule was in order to show us the houses. He was on top of everything and always looking what was best for us on the negotiations. Keeping us updated all the time with the whole process. He was just a phone call away if I had any questions.
