Mara was super thorough and did an amazing job explaining the issues my AC was having to me! I called last night after two days with no AC and they came out first thing this morning to help. I ended up booking their twice a year service because I was so satisfied. Very reasonable pricing as well!
Underwood was just amazing. They were very through and explained everything in details. Their price was also very reasonable compared to other companies. They also gave really good discount on my new AC unit. Would def recommend them.
I truly recommend Underwood AC, I also recommend you to join their club club service. My tech Alex S was fantastic he took care both of my AC units. He cleaned out all the dried leaves that was around my coil on the outside unit. He also service the inside units and went over everything that needed to take care of. I have requested him to be my regular tech so he can come back and handle all minor problems that can turn into bigger problems. Thank you Alex S.
Amazing Company!! I had a New Heat Pump and Airhandler installed in my home. The installation team was next level, going above and beyond. From the install manager Mike to the technicians Bob,Mark,and Larney. This team shows expertise in every aspect of customer service and professional services. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a new HVAC system installed in their own home. (One thing to note I do this myself for a living and was truly impressed by this company) Awesome Job UnderWood!! I had the pleasure of having Mara come out for AC maintenance, and she was fantastic! She was professional, friendly, and communicated everything clearly. I really appreciated how she took the time to show me photos of my unit, explain what she was doing, and give me tips on the proper way to maintain my AC. It was such a smooth and informative experience. I feel confident in the service and will definitely be using this company again thanks to Mara’s excellent work. Highly recommend!
