I started as a patient at Union dental over 20 years ago. I only left when I moved farther away from the practice. When I moved to the Delaware Shores, I was unable to find a dentist that I liked. I decided to go back to Union dental since I was in town visiting my daughter. I am so glad that I went back. The staff is amazing and everyone made me feel so comfortable! I saw online that they were accepting new patients, they gave a whole new meaning to that word on the day I walked in... I walk in WITHOUT calling and think I have an abscess. They tell me they can treat me, right then and there! Instead, this horrible pain turned out to be by one and only remaining wisdom tooth. Within an hour and a half of walking in from the street, I was getting the tooth pulled. These folks are compassionate and professional. Nobody likes going to the Dentist. However Union Dental makes the visit less stressful. From the desk staff forward. My assistant Maddie and Dr. Patel were excellent and showed great compassion to my procedure and care. Honesty goes a long way. They were assuring and had my best interest at hand. Excellent staff all the way around.
Wonder experience! My dental hygienist, Frankie, was amazing. She was friendly and very thorough. Checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable during the cleaning. Dr. Shenk meticulously explained my treatment plan and outlined what should be done now and what could wait until later. I don't have dental insurance so the practice worked with me to make the treatment I needed affordable. Great experience from start to finish!
Rose was very nice and patient with me….Dr.Friedman did a good job with my exam. At first I thought he didn’t spend enough time but after he explained why I understood…should have come after my cleaning. He did say he didn’t see any problems and I was thankful for that….next time I will get my exam after my cleaning…thanks to you both! The receptionist was very nice as well.
