Need to be clear with patient, why they are here, pricing, meeting their needs. Especially listening to them before doing or offering assistance.
This scheduled visit was under Dr Hogan’s “in office” cleaning and xray plan. A great value for an uninsured senior like me. Ms Michelle the “Dental Hygienist” has a delicate touch. Appointment times are always honored. All of the support staff are client oriented - a very welcoming office.
