Today, was my first time at Union Family Dental and I had a great experience. I called in the morning and Ashanti found me an app. right away! When I got there in less than 10 minutes I was in, Michelle the hygienist did a great job. All the staff were very friendly and Dr. Michael Hogan really professional, he took his time to explain everything about my future procedure…Sad part he won’t be directly doing it but I am confident the other dentists in the practice are as professional and dedicated as him. The staff are excellent! I had a lot of major work done, including a first time partial lower denture. It is a strange sensation having something new in your mouth, and as I was told to expect, adjustments over the first few weeks were to be expected. I came back, with no appointment, and they had the gall to make me wait 5 minutes to be seen! ( Just kidding )But they welcomed me, made the necessary adjustment, and my lower partial is close to 100% now. I have to give it some time, but I know they’re going to make it 100%, o... read more
Not going to lie I’m horrified of the dentist and they made me feel real comfortable and my cleaning was done so painless, I loved it. I also had a consultation with the surgeon to get my wisdom tooth removed and ended up taking the tooth out right there in 10mins. Very impressive. Only thing I would say is it’s a bit pricey, If it wasn’t for that I needed a place close to my job , I definitely would have gone somewhere cheaper to get things done as I was paying out of pocket but I did like it here if yu have insurance for i... read more
Dr Abazi and her assistants provided me with outstanding care and professional support. My procedure went smoothly and without any discomfort during and following my treatment. Highly recommend this team of professionals!
Amazing service. 10/10. The teeth whitening process was quick and the tech was amazing. The sensitivity after was no pleasant but part of the game. Would definitely recommend!
