Great service department! New tire that was installed at Gateway Cycles in Mt Sterling was losing air. Called Richmond Motorsports and they told me to bring it in and they would check it out, so I could continue my ride. Found that Gateway ruined the bead on the tire when they installed it. They contacted Gateway to have them pay for replacement. Very professional and helpful. They have my business from now on!
Stopped by today before I bought a four wheeler. Asked if I could get a tech to check it out. Chase and Barry took the time out of there day when they were super busy to check it out and give me there option. These guys are great and Knowledgeable. I will be back with any future repairs I may have.
