Jonathan and his crew arrived quickly and were extremely friendly and professional. They dried our basement out as quickly as possible and helped us save most of our possessions. Hopefully we never have to deal with an issue like this again, but if we do, we'll definitely call United Water again.
I can't tell you how much these guys have helped me through the recent hailstorm in shepard. They were right there with me the next day working on saving my house from mold and mildew. They answered questions, even if I text them five times a day. They were always very polite and helpful. They went above and beyond doing things that I didn't think that they would. Everything I asked them to help me with they did. These guys are my heroes! I highly recommend them . They are the best!
Jonathan, his dad, wife Lauren, and Kyla were all outstanding. UWRG is a family operation that makes you feel cared for as family, in the best sense! They were quick to arrive and ready to work.
