There are few words to truly express the gratitude I have for Phil, Victor and the entire crew at United Water Restoration. They had a crew at the house by 7:45am the morning after Christmas and were hard at work (removing the large tree that fell into my house and dealing with the subsequent water damage that followed) from that moment on. Phil and his crew at United Water Restoration are honestly, amazing. I had a problem with water in my basement at 8pm on a Monday night. I didn� t know who to call so I googled � emergency water Long Island� . I chose United Water Restoration while completely in a panic. Within 65 minutes they were at the house. We had major flooding in the basement due to boiler burst. Each and every technician was courteous, polite, fast and responsive. They called each day at least 30 min prior to arrival. The work was fantastic and reliable. Any concern was quickly addressed. It seems there is a great training program for all of the technicians. We left our house to their trust and i must say obviously these days i was concerned at first; not a single item went missing. Thank you Phil and your team. Our life is back to normal.
