Remember you asked for this. First off says Galaxy a50 free phone then free everything of course. Next thing you know it says I'm getting just a a SIM card but I don't have a phone what good would a SIM card be without a phone. Phone they were to give didn't say that it was going to be an upgrade just that's what it was. Didn't get the SIM card
Well I read the pamphlet and the section about the slim card, well for 1 the card no slim card in it. 2 maybe I didn't read right but there's also one more card that goes next to the slim card. I don't see either one of them in the box. Please help me out here
This phone is the worse phone Its not working I am really regret getting this phone. I recommend do not use this phone and service
I haven't received any notification as to when I will receive my phone! I went through all the steps twice! What else is there for me to do??? I can't rate or review the phone until I get and use it.
I wasn't emailed my ID number and specifics of what I needed to complete my application for a mobile phone.
