The free phone and new sim card came quickly.Transfering my old phone number to the new phone was a more lengthy process. I need a new SIM card to transfer the number. It takes 5 to 7 days. Expect not to have a working phone for about two weeks. However, customer service at SafeLink and Unity Wireless was very efficient. They were well spoken and very kind. It doesn't matter which carrier you pick . The process is all about the same but I give these patient human beings five stars !
