It says my information was typed in at 6.58 am but yet was asleep till 8.30 am still no phone
I was approved for your lifeline program but I don't know why you aren't providing a free cellphone when I see your ads on Facebook and YouTube announcing a free cellphone but all you send out is a sim card which I can't use it
It was easy to do however I needed a 5G cell phone not just a 5G SIM card and I couldn’t get to speak to anyone about that !!!
I have not got my phone the FedEx person that delivery yesterday lied and said that he tried to deliver he did not I was home all day yesterday and been home all day today and I have not got my phone at all it's no excuse whatsoever and they had a guy from FedEx that was here early because the people at the gate inform me that it was one here but he did not have anything for me that I wish y'all don't use FedEx anymore they are slow and a big liars
