Don’t make everything online. The chat is a joke, there’s never anyone available. A phone person would be helpful. Also, you might try walking people through to see if their phone will even be compatible with your SIM card (mine is not).

At first they make it seem like you're getting a phone and then once you finish with all the questions it says just a SIM card and when I ask them to cancel it they don't even answer me
