Unable to get a live operator, I had questions regarding signing up and you kept sending me emails...and they were not helpful. I haven't received my phone yet so we'll see if your phones are better. Not a good start, as for right now after having Medicare take half of my disposable income I'm forced and grateful for this program to fall back on. Thank you for being there, please make it easier to speak to someone.

My phone was shut off. No explanation, no heads up, nothing. Was is because I questioned why I received a 4g phone instead of a 5G phone that I signed up for? It was supposed to have unlimited data and I was supposed to be able to keep my same number but what did I get no response just shut my phone off. Worst phone company ever!
