i love the tablet. I paid 125 cause I wasn't eligible for the free device. but the service. BAD. the data part. the phone call and text is fine. can't even connect to the data and when it does it's so slow it takes 20 min to load a fb screen. and videos don't load. ive called and only been told to reset. pretty sure I need further assistance.
