The tablet didn’t come with a SIM card so I can only use the device where WiFi is available

I never received my phone
It said I would get response within 24 hours, but its been 4 days and i still haven't hear back. I don't know what to say, i contacted customer support, but they said i should get a response within 2 business days, but it's been 4 days and still no update.
You ignored every question I made you failed to offer me the phone which was in the original offer, and instead insisted on sending me a SIM card. Fuck you, I don’t want to do business with you you’re dishonest and I want nothing to do with your company! Cancel my order!
